Don't know if its a windows problem or a OBS problem. But whenever i try to open the program it never pops up or displays. and when every I click to open it it displays a message that states that OBS is already Running would you like to Run it anyways? and even if i click yes or no it still doesn't come up. I've uninstalled it and installed it over 4 times, restarting my PC and also booting it off and on again and nothing helps.
