Hey there.

I have a big problem the last days. I have been testing out all kinds of settings to get the best quality out of my hardware and internet connection. It worked really well but i have a major problem. I have set the framerate to 60 fps but my stream is just not at 60 fps. Everything is fine, im satisfied with the quality, the frames i have ingame while streaming but not with the frames if you are watching the stream itself. Logs are attached.

According to the logs, everything is working as expected. Your CPU isn't powerful enough to do 1080p60, as you found, but it can handle 720p60 superfast. You also seemed to have no problems using AMF encoding.

I would doublecheck your playback method for your tests. If you're viewing local files, make sure you're using either VLC or windows media player classic (the modern version doesn't handle >30fps). If you're viewing via twitch, realize that the twitch player (especially on VODS) will drop frames if the player can't keep up, which you can observe through the advanced stats overlay. For whatever reason the live player has less issues, but it's still not a guarantee that whatever hiccups you're seeing are actually part of the source encoding.
