Ever since I've gotten new internet (600down and 30up) Ive attempted to get back into streaming and everything has been working perfectly until today when I tried to stream my placement matches when my stream became laggy out of nowhere and after trying everything I still can't seem to figure out where I am going wrong... Below is a stream from last week at 1080p base downscaled and outputted to Twitch at 720p 60fps with 4500kbps CBR. No issues apart from modern warfare (which is a CPU killer)

{Specifically 7:32:00 where you can see I played Rocket League perfectly fine with no choppy-ness at all}
but this was my stream last night after not changing any settings.
Can someone help explain to me where I went wrong or what even happened?
I have also attached a logfile from my last private stream where i was trying to fix my settings by dropping my bitrate, etc. but I cannot seem to find an answer. Again, thanks for the help it is very much appreciated :)
