Bug Report Not Downlaoding

I download OBS and i open it and it says, "check with the developer to make sure OBS works with this version
of Mac OSX." Plz help
 
Then you don't meet the minimum requirements (note the green download button on the website says 10.8+). Go get Mavericks from the App Store and upgrade, it's free.
