When I first downloaded OBS Studio I set up my microphone and headset and set it to game capture. It worked fine. I was able to record for a bit. It capture the game, my voice and audio. Unfortunately when I close OBS and then use it at a later time is when I have the issue of it not capturing anything besides a black screen.
This happened months ago as well and I just gave up. I have come back to it because OBS has all of the bells and whistles that I want. Hoping someone can help me. I have looked at other forums and youtube videos and nothing seems to be working. Here are my logs. Maybe there is something showing there that will indicate a problem
