So I have worked out where the videos are, but whenever I try and view them to troubleshoot/see if I need to fix any issues (mic quality/loudness) it just refuses and gives me the error message that states "Server execution failed" and even putting the file into Adobe's Premiere Pro comes up with an error message saying that its an invalid file format. HELP!
