Question / Help Not being able to stream 60fps while I should

Hey guys, I upgraded my CPU to a i7 7700k, which is supposed to be a beast. Optimized bios settings and everything, but for some reason I get choppy gameplay on my end when streaming anything higher then 720p 30 fps. I checked with other streamers, and they are able to even hit 1080p60fps with a less powerful CPU and still play on 144hz , so I'm just hella confused and annoyed that I can't even hit 60fps on stream and hold my 80 fps ingame.

My rig:

Motherboard: Asus z170 Pro Gaming
GPU: NVIDIA MSI 1050ti (great card for such a low price btw)
CPU: Intel i7-7700k at 4,6 GHz
8GB HyperX Fury at 2133 Mhz.

The rest shouldn't really matter, I just hope someone can help me with this. Included logs if needed, named after the settings I streamed on.

Thanks in advance!

1. 60hz desktop refresh
2. 60 or 30 in obs
3. 60 in game if there is switch for it (like bf3, bf4, overwatch)
4. enable vsync in game
5. run obs as admin
6. make sure your gpu can do stable 60fps in game without being maxed. OBS needs some of gpu resources as well. If you enabled vsync@60 and its still maxed lower resolution and/or details.
(replace with 59,94 and 29,97 for 59,94 display like hdmi tv)
with 144hz monitor its fastest and most reliable to sacrifice 144 and follow 1,2,3,4

monitor cpu and gpu load with afterburner

AFTER you apply these steps, you can try 720p60 at 6000. then tune preset from vfast to fast maybe, depending on cpu load

Alirhgt, thank you very much, I'll try this and get back with the results when after I stream again!
