Not able to sync video with audio

Hei, I have tried to make the video and audio in my live streams match up. I have tried all kinds of values in the advanced audio settings. I am using an older Lumix GH-2 through a Blackmagic Ultrastudio Mini Recorder into a 13" Macbook Pro from 2016 or 2017, streaming acoustic music playing live on Facebook. My internet connection is good and the videos go out without stuttering etc. But the audio is always ahead of the video. I measured 5ms some months ago, but today there was even a lag on the screen within OBS and on FB it seemed much longer. I do not have a log file.

I doubt a log file will help.
A audio lag of 100ms or more is not uncommon...
I found a nice downloadable video to use for syncing audio and video (start with local recording, ignore streaming) which I can play on a tablet. There are many methods... whichever works for you
- what I 've heard/read is to play a video on a screen (usually a separate device.. laptop/tablet, etc)
- using OBS and your camera/mic, record the above video...
play the recording (slow motion) and you should be able to identify/calculate the audio delay
