Not able to see OBS after launching it

Every time I attempt to open OBS it launches and is visible in task manager as running however it is not in the task bar and it is not hidden in the task bar for me to select and actually open and use. I have tried it with multiple different versions of OBS and I have not been able to get anything to work. I have looked through other threads dealing with similar problems and have attempted everything except reinstalling windows as I would prefer not having to do that. I have attached the log of opening a completely fresh download of the newest version of OBS. Any insight would be helpful.

According to your log, OBS isn't able to finish its startup. Logging stops while doing the startup initialization.
According to my log here, the next thing that should appear after the last line of your log, is the lookup and initialization of an AMD GPU.
Since it works for me (I have an Nvidia GPU and the initialization continues telling there is no AMD driver found) and it doesn't work for you (you also seem to have an Nvidia GPU), I guess you once had an AMD GPU on your system and failed to uninstall its driver before switching to Nvidia.
