Not able to record cs 1.6 in game capture.

Hello,
I am unable to record cs 1.6 in game capture mode. I set the graphics settings to nivida one ( for both cs and obs) but still after changing graphics a black scrren appears at the time of recording and when i see the recorded vid only audio and black screen. Below is the url of my log file:

After I changed my graphics to high performance nvidia for obs, in log analyzer it still shows that obs is running on integrated low performance graphics

yes I did but still black screen with audio only
