Not able to download Virtualcam in v18.0.1

How do I download virtualcam in the v18.0.1 and please don't tell me to update It is an old computer give me the link to download in the v18.0.1

Update to v26, the virtual camera is built in. There's no reason not to update.

No but mine is windows 7, windows 7 does't support that version
