I have OBS Portable installed. When I change the hotkey from CTRL + R to something else, it reverts back to CTRL + R after I restart OBS. Is this because I'm using the Portable version? Is there something extra I must do in order for the settings to stay?
The cause for this is that I had placed the portable folder and respective config folders in a directory that I didn't have desktop administrator privileges. Issue resolved.
