Not able to add new source after update!

I recently updated OBS now I am unable to add new sources. The ( +) for adding sources is doing nothing and tried to click on sources box to add but got same results. Everything else is working fine, just can't add new sources. can delete them but not add, trying to find the solution.

Make sure you have the default theme for OBS as it changed how it works recently and previous version of themes no longer work as intended.
