Normal bp/s on twitch but very bad one on youtube

Hi, I'm at my 4mb/s on twitch, but on youtube, it struggles at 250/300 kb/s, even if I only stream the desktop.

And last thing, I've tried using restream server to broadcast on Youtube and it worked fine.
