I uploaded my log file, and have been using 1080p 60 frames to try to get optimal quality on my livestreams on twitch( i also have recently tried mainstreaming on TikTok as well). When I watch my VODS to get clips/footage I notice that my quality can be low at time especially my camera, and I'm looking to get that fixed or remedied if possible. Any help would be appreciated Thank you!

Streaming on Twitch is a lot different for each person, due to how far from server and ISP, ect. You could try do the Auto Config under Tools and allow to give a base line. Also after you run that Restart OBS and test. If you run into issues post a log for others to help, But make sure you have a streaming or recording done. I would make a new profile to test with.

Also in your log you have
- source: 'Game Capture' (game_capture)
- source: 'Screen Capture' (monitor_capture)
You only need one capture source as multiple can cause issues in the same scene.

Game Bar: On > Off
Game DVR: On > Off
If I remember correctly on the Game Bar and DVR to turn them off.

Run OBS as Admin

Okay so if i want to show a capture of a web browser for example while using a game capture how else could it be done without the game and screen capture? How can I go about turning off the game bar and DVR?

Run OBS as Admin
Running OBS Studio as admin can work around certain Operating System kernel scheduling prioritization conflicts due to inadequate resources. Doing is BAD from a security perspective (as is your normal user account being an Administrator) ... I would never do such, but I'm fortunate that my use case isn't such that I need to.
I consider this a last resort thing to do, when you know specifically the issue... never as a default adjustment. It is an 'easy' answer that helps on older hardware where you notice OBS Studio being resource constrained (CPU, GPU, RAM, Disk I/O, etc) but don't notice as much when other apps impacted. Better solution - better balance the system
