Non VLC, non-web mode for OBS?

I noticed OBS crashes whenever I try to use both the video footage from my video game on HDMI and both eyes on my Sirius scopic camera unless I have a cheap HDMI card which down converts the HDMI to lower amounts of pixels

previously I was told that you have to use VLC in order on video but my capture card thinks of it as an easycap video. You don't use VLC for easycap.

my main question is I do not need the extra stuff to scream out because I was going to use the second monitor to be my Android cell phone and then use Android apps and more importantly the Android bandwidth which my Apple cannot access to broadcast out on Twitch.

I found a couple of camera apps but unfortunately you can only run one camera at a time.

Is there a way to use obs and have it not crash because it seems like it always crashes when it is not being used to actively stream out? if it can't sense internet it eventually crashes but the problem is I'm not relying on the Macintosh for internet. I'm relying on my Android.

If there is no such thing as a non web mode on obs, is there an app that can let me use three cameras a varying sizes shrink them to half with an arrangement a 3D fashion so that the camera images stereoscopic using side-by-side half? Is there such a thing as a video composer that's not tied to the network like OBS apparently is?
