Hi,
I like to noise gate my microphone. Sometimes I speak too soft for the noise gate to pick up on my speech right away though, resulting in clicks and words starting mid-first-letter.
Is there a feature/plugin that caches audio and allows me to set a cache buffer of for example 200ms, which will be recorded to the audio track (for example with a 50ms attack once the noise gate is triggered?
I'm assuming this is far from trivial and that recording tracks is very much hardcoded but doesn't hurt to ask I hope.
