Question / Help No Windows are listed to capture if they're Minimized...

Hi Y'all. Latest version. All is up to date; Everything seems to work fine except 'Window Capture'.. I've looked and looked for this one issue with Window Capture and haven't seen it. All I find in searches is 'Black Screen' but that's not my problem.
When I add a new Source and select Window Capture, name it, click OK, nothing shows in the dropdown list if the progs/windows are Minimized.
Any prog/window that is not minimized will show in the list and I can select it fine and use it; but no Minimized windows. What the Hell? I don't find any options in Settings. Really need to fix this. Thanks!
 
Oh do you have the issue too? Every tutorial video I've seen of people using windows 7/10... they don't have this problem.
I really appreciate your reply. I'm no stranger to sys 'quirks', built my first PC in '93. It is something more specific than "it's windows".
Current specs: (Asus Maximus X, Intel i7 8700K 3.7GHZ, Nvidia GTX 1080, 16 GB Memory, Windows 10 64 bit)
If anyone knows anything to try or look at, let me know... Thank y'all!
