No Websocket in Tools

Hi!

I use OBS-Studio 28.0.2-2 on Arch-Linux. But in tools ther are no settings for websocket. As I read websocket dont need a plugin in 28. But why I dont have the settings?

I believe obs-studio in the Arch repositories is built without obs-websocket support. We need to rely on manually installing the plugin ourselves.

how do we install manually? i tried multiple times, but it keep sayng that is invalid and should be uninstalled
