Question / Help No way to use OBS as video server (eg. to CamTwist) with OSX Catalina?

Hello from a newbie. (Like really, less than 1hr newbie).

So, to cut it short: seems to me there is no current way to use OSB 24.0.6 on OSX Catalina just as a background remover and send this to a virtual webcam driver like TwistCam and then over to Zoom? Am I right and can stop searching or is there any kind of workaround or alternative?

Not unless either Zoom or TwistCam add support for NDI, not that I'm aware of, no. On Windows there's the virtualcam plugin.

Hmm too bad, but thanks a lot!

Then: any working alternative for for background removal on Mac? TwistCam has all sorts of useless effects but not that.

Not aware of one other than the one Zoom includes, no.

There is reports of a feature in Nvidia cards that will come to OBS at some point that will do this, but I expect that will be Windows only for a number of reasons.
