No way to capture Fortnite in gaming capture mode?

I have no issue in getting video recording from several games, both windowed and full screen.

But I seem not to get the game output only for Fortnite (I get a black screen). It works only if I capture the whole screen, while if I use the game capture tool it doesn't work both if windowed and full screen (I select the right window and I also select the tool compatible with anti cheat apps).
