No VirtualCam button on Win10 OBS 26.1.1 64-bit. Tried multiple restarts/installations without success

Hi forum members.
I have installed OBS 26.1.1 64 bit on my Windows machine but I do not get the expected VirtualCam button.

I have also tried to install the VirtualCam plugin. Although I could access it via the tools menu, I do not see OBS-Camera in other applications (like Zoom/Skype/Teams)

What I have done so far:
* Uninstall and reinstall multiple times (with multiple windows restarts)
* Whitelisted OBS on Windows Defender
* Tried to install plugin 2.0.5
* Uninstall plugin, then uninstall OBS, and then re-install

I have tried to look for a solution on other posts but so far I have not seen any that works for me.
I have attached the last log when I start OBS.

I wonder what I am doing wrong, or what's missing.

Kind regards,

Since obs 26 virutal-cam plugin is in data but must be installed.

Run below as administrator:

Code:
%USERPROFILE%\scoop\apps\obs-studio\current\data\obs-plugins\win-dshow\virtualcam-install.bat

You may need to restart windows. After that you should have button "Start virtual camera" below "Start recording" button.

Above is my path to obs-studio installed with scoop. Yours may be different.

Thank you, it worked!
I have a portable installation, so the path was slightly different: obs-studio\data\obs-plugins\win-dshow\virtualcam-install.bat
I'll leave it here hoping to save someone else's time!
