Question / Help No video recording

This is my first shot at recording so this could be something really simple that I'm missing but I don't get any video when recording. I have my source set to game capture and it shows up in the preview screen but after I've stopped recording there is only an mp4 file that plays the audio.

1> saving directly to mp4 isn't recommended. ANYTHING that prevents the file from being finalized prevents the file from being usable AT ALL.
2> Windows Media Player is GARBAGE when it comes to media format support. Use a good player like VLC or Kodi instead.
