Question / Help No Video or Audio on Live Stream

It's recording, but the camera isn't on, so black screen and no audio. Checked webcam, it works fine, just won't connect with OBS studio for some reason I can't figure out.

OK, thanks. Not sure what that means, but I'll go look it up. The manual/directions I see online seem to be out of date, they don't match up with the program. Could you link me to a better place for 'sources' and instructions? thanks
