I can't get anything to show up on my OBS except my desktop wallpaper and my FaceTime camera. Any idea if I missed a step installing? I am running Catalina 10.15.4 and just downloaded OBS today. Please help.

OBS probably just doesn't have permission to screen record or use the camera. Screen recording permissions are new in Catalina.
Go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy (tab at top).
Click "Camera" on the left and ensure OBS is in the list on the right and that it's checked.
Then do the same for "Screen Recording"
