Question / Help No video captured with Logitech 1080p Pro Stream and TriDef SmartCam

Hi, I'm new to all of this. I am trying to use my new Logitech 1080p pro stream webcam with TriDef SmartCam on my old MacBook Pro with Thunderbolt Display. I am using TriDef for the background removal function because the green screen takes up so much space. I'm trained in Adobe Premiere, and know how to do the chroma key or ultra key there, but it takes so long comparatively.

I can see the preview of myself with the background removed in OBS, but when I choose "start recording" and then stop the recording, if I go to the movies folder where the files are being saved on the mac, every video is black with a blanks screen and the OBS software appears only to be capturing the video. I've been trying to figure this out for hours. I'm not sure how much of the log you need, but here's just the last part of it. If you need me to post the whole thing, I can do that. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thanks, Matt.

I honestly can't tell why you aren't getting audio or video, but this line indicates that your computer is having a nearly impossible time trying to do what you are asking-- specifically the GPU rendering frames.
