No video capture devices list after connecting a video capture card

Hello everyone!

So, I just got two video capture cards (this model) and I know that they are compatible with OBS.

For some reason, as soon as I connect one of the capture cards to my PC, when I try to add the device, which is connect to my camera, OBS won't show me any list. I mean, I select add video capture device, I choose the name of the device, and when I try to select the device there are no options to select. I can only see that there are a red dot behind and in the menu FPS is also red. Basically, I can do nothing.

If I disconnect the capture card, close OBS, and open it again, if I want, for example, add my laptop webcam I can select it from the device list, and it will work, but if I connect the capture card, I'm unable to select any kind of video capture device. Really odd.

Any ideas to fix this?

I figure it out. To fix the problem, just check if windows is blocking the access to your camera. I disabled the option and I got the video capture on OBS.
