Question / Help No Video Capture Device under sources list

My obs studio is built with visual studio 2015 community under Windows 10, 1909. The program is started without error reporting. However, there is no "No Video Capture Device" under the sources list, how can I solve this issue?

Environment details:
Laptop: HP ZBOOK 15v
OS: Microsoft Windows 10, 1909
VS: 2015 community edition
QT: 5.13.0 vc2015
Arch: x64

The problem is that downloaded archive does not contain code of libdshowcapture in plugin 'win-dshow', I downloaded it manually and now the camera is fine.
