No VCR Input

After navigating the software for about 2 hrs, I've given up on trying to figure out why I can't get VCR input to come through the software. I've selected and manipulated every Source setting available. Any help is greatly appreciated.

In case you mean with "VCR input" that you're using a capture device to digitize analog video recorder content, add your capture device with the "video capture device" source to OBS. See https://obsproject.com/wiki/Sources-Guide
If you don't have a device available in that source, make sure it is properly connected.
