No sources displaying in OBS

Hello, I have came back to using my OBS software after months. I started it up and all of my sources will not work. I am using my atem mini and am using 3 of the hdmi input. None of the input will show up in obs.

When I start my switcher box, I can see it interupt the one monitor I have input into as a source. I have two other DSLR nikon I am trying to display as source as well. Here is my log:

I can hear all my sources affected by the atem mini when I switch it on/off. Just nothing shows up in sources on OBS. I tried changing my laptops different power settings but it was never an issue before now and it did not change anything. I have also did fresh install on my atem software.

means that something in your PC prevents OBS from connecting to the device.
Maybe it's because some strict security reasons or device is not powered well?

Thank you, I am plugged into a questionable desk lamp power source. Though, I have used this power source before, I will try switching it.
