Like the sticky threads say, post a logfile:
Copy/paste the URL that that gives you into a post here, and into the automated analyzer that you can get to from my signature.
It's also helpful to see your settings. PrntScrn key, then paste here. What you don't show, could be where the problem is, as OBS has settings in several different places, and you might not know all of them yet.
