no sound when using ezcap on movies

can any one assist
the picture is up bu no sound from the device on my computer
it works well on my sons the only differents appears to be the driver realtek digital HD
is has no control to select between analog and digital
i will post 2 shots showing the problem the picture vanishes when one selects the user device as required
in any event no sound either way
I have loaded a early drive and alterd the reg edit to get this manager but still it does not give a change from analog

appreciate some assistance

Does the audio mixer show movement on the bars while recording?
What are you using for playback of the recorded files? The default Windows "Movies and TV" app is well-known for having awful codec support, leading to no-sound and no-picture issues on playback. The fix being to download VLC, a free and open-source video player with good codec support.

no sound bars whatso ever
this is nuts if i open the video control on obs i can install the audio capture card as require
but again no sound bars tor sound
the stupid thing is once i close the control it looses the picture once more

No nothing no record what so ever
i can get this to the stage of whats required by opening the control pannel , but still no record , once closed it goes back to no picture
it works on my sons computer and the difference are different drivers both video and sound
the driver controler does not show and digial output only analog note on the left side of the picture

Maybe Add Audio Input Capture.
Some grabbers send Video and Audio stream separately.

No thanks any way but as i have stated it works as it should and as i have demonstrated on my sons computer
he has a differnt driver and it switches to this device and records correctly

the other consideration is possible the driver cant see the add on digital optical out card installed as a add on
does anyone know what switches add on cards in the ram
