I am trying to use the Startech USB2HDCAP device to stream, but I just cannot get any game audio to get onto OBS. When I go to the drop down box for "Use a custom audio device" in the properties tab. Only my mic shows up. Based on previous researching, I think it is supposed to be located there, but mine is not. Any and all help would be appreciated.
(I am currently trying on a log, but it is 648 pages long. I'm trying to shorten the repetitive part)

Just to make an extra note about the log. It was originally 648 pages, so I took out the pages that had the same line of code on it hundreds of times and made a note of where I did that.
