No sound to MS Teams through VB-cable A from OBS

I have and Active status microphone in OBS, I have turned monitor and output on...in Advanced Properties....I have set monitor in Settings/Audio to CABLE A-input (VB-Audio Cable A) in Advanced/Monitoring Device....

I have disabled the Windows functionality Allow other applications to exclusively control all the sound input devices.

I have set up the microphone in MS Teams to be CABLE-A Output.

And MS Teams does not pick up the microphone.

Any idea which step I'm missing....cause I have a hurdy-gurdy man outside my window driving me nuts and can't think straight.
