No sound streaming when feeding from ATEM mini pro

Hi folks, I have been streaming from an ATEM mini pro into OBS and then via my laptop into You Tube. Last week the images went multi coloured mulch and today again, when I changed audio input on OBS it did the same. I dropped the ATEM out as an input device then re-added it and it cleared. However, having streamed a church service for an hour, with audio indicators bouncing away happily, I find that no audio made it onto you tube. Audio is fed into OBS from the ATEM and drops out occasionally, causing me to re-select the ATEM audio input. For some reason, sound just stops! Sorry if this isn't clear, but as far as I can tell, I am not doing anything out of the ordinary. Thanks
