no sound on stream, desktop, or from game

I haven't changed anything with my settings or scenes from what they were before. The output is set to monitor and output, advanced audio settings are set to the correct setting, and nothing is muted or put under the incorrect audio setting. I can't find anything online about how to fix this, and the methods they provided haven't worked at all. I've run the app as administrator and I have uninstalled and reinstalled it twice. Not sure what to do. Any advice?

Try this and see if it makes a difference:
At least one of your audio devices has a sample rate that doesn't match the rest. This can result in audio drift over time or sound distortion. Check your audio devices in Windows settings (both Playback and Recording) and ensure the Default Format (under Advanced) is consistent. 48000 Hz is recommended.
OBS Sample Rate: 48000 Hz
Speakers / Headphones (Realtek Audio): 48000 Hz
Digital Audio Interface (2- USB Digital Audio): 96000 Hz
Microphone (Realtek Audio): 48000 Hz

Also run OBS as admin.
