Question / Help no sound obs multiplateform

my pc MSI GS70 2QD-430XFR Stealth

i have windows 8.1 professional

When i start obs there is no problem etc but when i reccord a video from anything with obs multiplateform i have no sound on my video reccorded why? i don t found anything like this on google

just screen capture for reccord all thing i do but no sound and no sound mic too

I asked what media player you were using to play back your recordings, not what capture method you were using.

Use VLC.

can u tell me why it doesn t work on windows media?

Because windows media is notorious for being lacking in media format support.
