Question / Help No sound mac with ext sound card firewire

Hello,

Just recently installed OBS but can't seem to get the sound working.
I have an iMac with Mavericks with fire wire set to an external sound card FA66 by Edirol.

When I start up OBS I can get Screencapture working but there is no sound.
I tried with Wavtap but do not get it to work. I would like to keep my main sound on the FA66 (with adams a8x)

I would like to stream Native Instruments Traktor mixing music or stream producing with Logic X

I am having a similar problem...and it seems so are many people.

I am trying to stream on Mac with OBS and using traktor scratch pro 2 and an S8 controler.

I have tried setting up soundlfower etc but here there is still no audio detection in obs...

Can anyone setup a step by step guide to sorting this problem ?

I have the exactly sam problem, I test my firewire equipment and cables with premier all go ok, BUT with OBS no receive audio, So is OBS unsupported thing.
