No sound in Zoom from media source

I am using OBS on Windows 11 to stream in Zoom. When I create a scene, then choose Media Source, then pick a video from my computer, then play that video, there is no sound in either OBS or Zoom. I just get the video in my Zoom window without audio. Is there a way to get the audio to play in Zoom as well?
