Question / Help No sound in my gaming streams

I'm on Windows 7 Pro 64bit, Service pack 1. I use obs studio 64bit.

I capture a game emulator and any desktop audio playback, including audio coming from the emulator.

When I stream to younow, I get no sound at all. No matter what I change in the audio settings, default device, set my playback or stereomix recorder as the default device, check all of the channels in advanced audio settings in obs, play audio from other programs, use a mic, etc.

But when I make a recording, I can hear my game audio and mic audio coming through just fine. I'm not sure if it's obs or something wrong on my computer. Or perhaps younow. Please help!

I got my audio to come through on my gaming streams once before, and through my browser, Google Chrome. But now I get no audio coming through, no matter what I'm doing. The video capturing always comes through just fine though.

Update: I found out that the issue was with Younow. In "Mic", if I select Stereomix speakers right before going live. Then when I select to capture video from a website, the audio from that website would come through, then while in the same braodcast, if I switch to my game window, I can still continue to capture sound from my game.

So in short, I have to "trick" younow into letting me capture my game audio. Very strange.

If I were to just select "Stereomix speakers" in the mic settings for my camera, then select "use external device", then start the broadcast from obs, directly into streaming my game window, I'd get no sound at all.
