No sound going through YouTube Livestream past couple weeks

Hello,
The past couple weeks we've noticed that there hasn't been any sound coming through our livestream church services on YouTube. It has been working fine until a couple weeks ago. I'm not seeing any display of lights on the meters on the sound board or OBS. Once in awhile a see a little touch of green light but you can't hear any of the service. When I try and listen through my headphones on YouTube, I just hear fuzz/buzz but no sound from service. I checked and nothing is on mute. I'm hoping to fix this before tomorrow morning service. I'm attaching a picture of our soundboard and the cables plugged in it.

I wish I could help... so well let's try.
Have a technical rehearsal (just ask someone to help you out) and go though all the sound sources/mics... see that the soundboard picks up the signal from there... but I see your phones out is being used already, hopefully the phones out is connected to phones...
Anyway try to get sound to come to the mixer. next thing, check the cable which connects to your OBS machine... see where it is hooked on the mixer. Mostlikely if you hear fuzz/buzz then either cable is not good connected, is broken or there is as well ground loop with the electricity.
I suspect your cause for this issue is the link between OBS machine and the soundboard (mixer). So check that cable, see it's attached good on both ends and if there are adapters, see they are as well connected properly. If that doesn't help, i would call some local soundguy/soundengineer to check out the system, as of its impossible to help further without being onsite.
