Question / Help No sound from a video (mp4)

So I have an intro on OBS Studio, the software is telling me that sound is coming out of it but my viewers don't here anything.

I also have a problem that when I try to do a screen capture, it's black, I tried to deactivate "Use hardware acceleration when available" in chrome setting, but it's still not working.

You are capturing only Focusrite
You have to capture desktop audio. Configure it in audio settings

23:04:06.522: Output 'simple_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 1471 (12.5%)
You are also having some network issues
Maybe you should check an alternative Twitch server

Audio is fine now. And OBS telling that i'm losing frames, but I don't. Looking at previous stream, and everything works perfectly.

Only the black screen capture problem is remaining.
