Question / Help No signal with Elgato in OBS

I'm really new to OBS software. Not used it until today when I decided to start setting up my stream. I have an Elgato HD 60 Pro to record with. I've used this device and its software with zero issues. Double checked all cables etc and found no issues. I am trying to stream my PS4. For good measure I also uninstalled

My issue is that when I load the Elgato as a source, I get a "No Signal" error displayed in OBS. Every few seconds, for a split second, it shows me my ps4 screen. Then it immediately goes back to No Signal. It's obvious to me that I've got something wrong somewhere and I'm wondering if anyone can help me pinpoint where my issue may lie and how to fix it. I've combed through the settings carefully and to the best of my knowledge I have set it up correctly. The only thing of note is that when I click on the "Configure Crossbar" in the settings, nothing happens.

I have included the log file in the hopes someone can help.

I have a PS4 and Elgato HD 60 Pro.

- Pressing Configure Crossbar doesn't do anything for me either
- When you first launch OBS Studio and choose the Scene with Elgato in it, No signal will appear if your PS4 is not on.
- If you have a Sony Bravia 4K TV, make sure you connect the HDMI cables to HDMI port 2 or 3.
- Check your HDMI cables. Get High Speed.
- Make sure you are running the current Elgato HD 60 Pro drivers.

PS4 Settings
==============
Settings | Sound And Screen
- Video Output 1080p
- RGB Range Full
- HDR Automatic
- Deep Color Output Automatic

OBS Studio Settings
===================
Elgato source
- Resolution/FPS Type Custom
- 1920x1080

Thanks for the reply!

- PS4 is on and displaying on my TV.
- I have an LG TV so hopefully no issue there.
- My HDMI cables are all brand new and top of the line. To double check this I swapped out the cables with different ones for good measure.
- Just built this PC so have all the latest drivers as of one week ago. Will double check to make sure there hasn't been an update since then.

Updated PS4 and OBS settings to match yours, no change.

Update PS4 system software to 4.72 (currently). Do this via Settings | System Software Update.
Before you do this, post the current version just to make a note for others who may be reading this and having same problems.

If problem didn't go away:
- Disable HDCP via PS4 Settings | System
- Look at your LG TV settings
