No signal from PS...Again

Well after having set up OBS for my PS5, which worked perfectly, it has now decided to crap out. I have the PS5 going through an HD60 Pro to a monitor. I tried to stream last night from the PS but when i would open OBS, the PS5 monitor would go black, OBS source would go black, and choppy sound, about a second at a time, would come through. Is this an issue of cable degradation or was there an OBS update that might have affected things? Has anyone else run into this recently?

UPDATE: I have just changed up the cable, twice, from the PS5 to the HD60 but that didn't change the issue. I still get a black screen and the spotty sound. Once OBS is closed, the picture will go through to the Monitor without issue but clearly not ideal when the plan is to stream from the PS5.
