Question / Help No Replay Option/Button Greyed Out

As you can see here, Replay buffer is not available for me. Does anyone have any idea why? I do not have a replay section in the output tab, either.

I also do not have a "save replay" hotkey.

I would greatly appreciate any help or consideration. Thank you.

Okay, there's an option to enable replay in simple output mode, but I don't want to use simple output mode. How do I enable it with the advanced output mode?
