no record button or stream button

for me in obs i only have my scenes, sources, and audio mixer but i used to have a blue record button and stream button but they dont show up anymore and i have to press a hotkey to record which is uncomfortable for me. anyone know a fix on how to mak

e them show up

click on "docks" on the top there, then in the drop-down menu choose "controls"
