I dropped some coin for a new 16in Macbook Pro, with one of the main uses being to stream and make recordings (only just getting into this), and I guess I mistakenly figured a Mac would be the obvious route to go. Leading up to my purchase, everyone said "OBS is the way to go", and while I really love the software for what it is, I feel handicapped due to having a Mac. I've got 2 more days left if I want to return this Mac, and wondered if any of y'all would mind providing your thoughts and/or insight: does it make sense to stay with a Mac if the main thing I plan on doing is streaming/recording/some gaming?
