Hello, I have just updated to MacOS 10.15. And i got this problem. Any solution?

The same thing happened to me. When go to add a source, then click Capture Display, you should be prompted to verify/allow OBS to record your screen. Clicking on verify should take you to the Security and Privacy settings within System Preferences. There you need to check off the box where an app named: "sh" is listed. Then you can start to screen capture.
