Question / Help No Problems While Recording, but Video Stutters/Freezes

Before 18.0.1, I had no problems recording games with OBS. Recording was fine, and the video had no problems at all. But after the update, I ran into problems.

Right now, while I was recording, there were no troubles for me (60 fps, smooth, no lag, etc). However, after I was done recording, the video tends to freeze every few seconds/stutters, making the video not having a great quality. I feel like it's the settings, but I have no idea what to change and I am afraid if I change one thing it might mess up the recording/video. Is there any solution to this problem of freezing/stuttering of the video even though it was recorded at 60 fps? Like any changes to the settings? Any help will be greatly appreciated! :D

OBS logs are per restart of obs. If you upload a log from the logs folder manually with the recording session, that would work.

Don't use CBR to record.
Use simple output mode, indistinguishable quality, flv format, intel quicksync (qsv) encoder.
