Hi, everyone. Newbie here.
I'm trying to configure hotkeys for a image slide show scene but unfortunately there is no "previous slide" and "next slide" option in my OBS (see the attached photo). And for the life of me I can't figure out how to go about it with the missing option. Is there a work around? I'm using Ubuntu 20.04.

Hello,
The image slideshow source switches the images automatically.
If you want to manually change slides you can do so under the source settings and set "Slide Mode" from "Automatic" to "Manual (Use hotkeys to control slideshow)" then define the "Next Slide" and "Previous Slide" hotkeys.

I'm a newbie myself and it took me a minute to find theses settings in the Hotkeys screen. I created a scene that was just a slideshow to use as a nested scene. That way I can use the slideshow scene as an asset in other scenes. Anyway, when I went to set up the Hotkeys for manual advance I found the same thing you show, but I realized that this was the scene which the slide show is nested in... not the slide show itself:

By scrolling through the Hotkey screen and paying close attention I did find the settings for the slideshow itself, way down at the bottom of the list:

I assigned the right and left arrow keys as shown above, and with the Slide Mode set as shown following, it works great.
